Decadence - Fine Baked Goods

The bakery was my dream from a very early age but did not mature until much later in my life. Shortly after my grandson was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease – I knew that I had to do something about my own gluten intolerance and started to research the problem.  Taking Gluten out of the diet was and still continues to be a challenge compounded by an increasing awareness of a lactose intolerance.
I knew that if I was to live with this disease then I would have to do something about baking delicious, scrumptious delicacies -  and that was the start of the business.  My friends (who were my taste testers) were delighted with the products they were testing which gave me the encouragement I needed to make the business a success

I have a government inspected and licensed facility in Nasonworth, New Brunswick.  Baking is my day job - you can always call me to discuss what your requirements are for your special dietary needs (check products available for a list of items that we currently are producing).  Making specialty cakes for, birthdays, anniversaries, any event that you would like that something extra special for, is my hobby and passion. 

One thing I would say is:-
Good Cake isn't  cheap
and
Cheap cake isn't good
